Chelsea buns

Some of my sweetest childhood memories revolve around rainy afternoons spent in my grandma’s cozy kitchen. The warm, comforting aroma of cinnamon and sugar would fill the air as she carefully kneaded dough by hand. Chelsea buns were one of her specialties, and every bite carried the love and care she poured into them. Today, I’m sharing this cherished family recipe with you, hoping it brings the same joy and warmth to your home.
